Corona Blanca

We were just at this hotel for the seventh or eighth time and are satisfied and happy here every time. This time we had booked an apartment with a pool view for 10 days. I had sent a polite request in advance (in Spanish via email) asking if we could get an apartment as high up as possible. Our wish was fulfilled. At the reception, we were welcomed by a very nice German lady. It doesn't get any better than this, we thought. Then we were assigned an apartment on the sixth floor. Great. Pool view, ocean view, balcony, and top-renovated. Nice and clean, modernly furnished with everything you need for 10 days. 4-burner stove, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, pretty and clean kitchen. And plenty of closets in the bedroom, hallway, and living room for storage. A nice, clean bathroom with a walk-in shower and enough toilet paper. Air conditioning, which costs 10 euros a day if needed. We love the warmth and did not need it. A safe in the bedroom costs a little extra, and internet costs 20 euros a week or 30 euros for 2 weeks for two devices. TV with German (RTL, VOX, Eurosport), Dutch RTL, and plenty of other foreign-language channels and radio stations. Clean, well-maintained pool with nice lounge chairs and a friendly lifeguard. A pool bar with very nice service and really delicious food and drinks at affordable prices. The entire staff is just so friendly and great. You really feel very comfortable there from the first to the last day. Hand towels and bath towels were changed every other day, and the bed linens after 5 days. Downstairs there is a washing machine with a dryer if needed, which each cost 5 euros per cycle. The price-performance ratio in this establishment is, in our opinion, really great. 10 min. to the beach. Walking, and to the Jumbo Center not much more either. Nice and central. This hotel has two elevators and a lot of paid parking spaces all around. Shopping opportunities and public transport buses in the immediate vicinity. Over the years we have tried quite a few establishments in this price range in the immediate vicinity, but in our opinion, this hotel cannot be topped. For us, this establishment is the first choice and therefore always gladly again.

Hope you like cockroaches if you come to this hotel No night time entertainment, Beds, 2 mattresses on each bed which keep sliding off, pillows stink and filthy Sofa is that dirty that it marks you're clothes and you stick to it. I will never, ever come back

recently stayed here ,not all the rooms have air con so when the temp is in the 30s you should be offered a fan ,had a room on the ground floor so was next to the pool ,this hotel doesn't have entertainment but be warned nearby hotels do and it's loud ,also the bedroom is near the road and this too gets busy and noisy ,there is an Italian restaraunt attached to the hotel but it's not cheap ,the pool bar doesn't have a menu out so you don't know what they have ,rooms are cleaned every other day ...
