Fayna

We had a fantastic time stating in Fanya. The apartment was nice and spacious and super clean. The bathroom was fantastic as was the bed. The air con in our room (it's not yet in all rooms) was much needed as the weather was unusually warm for GC when we were there. The biggest gold star goes to the staff though. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Always smiling and looking to assist customers whenever they can. The guy at the pool was attentive and always offered to sort out our parasols etc. We had a late check in and even the security guy was friendly and helpful. Ana and Patricia were absolutely superb. What assets these two people are to the hotel. AMAZING. Their communication before and during our stay was exceptional. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly chat. Such a friendly clean place to stay in a perfect location. We highly recommend it. 👏👏

We would not return, they came in one day to clean and the only thing they did was make the beds, they did not change anything or replace soap or toilet paper or, of course, towels. However, I have to say that the reception staff are very friendly. The area, despite being surrounded by hotels, is quiet and the beds are comfortable.

I stayed in a premium room on an upper floor, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the balcony is large with a table and two chairs. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming, rooms are serviced every three days and new towels provided. The swimming pool is impressive with large roman steps leading into a good size pool to swim in, along with a smaller kids/relaxation pool, and gets the sun all day. Fayna provide very large sunbed/beach towels for the sunbeds so you don't need to bring your own. (nb some renovation work was taking place but it didn't bother me and i think they were almost finished when i was there at the end of May to first week of June 2026).
