We have been here for 7 years and can only report that the apartment is a bit worn but always clean , the staff whether reception cleaning staff is always very friendly and helpful. We wanted to book for this year 2026 in November but unfortunately: Online booking not possible Not possible by phone, were referred to Booking.com Booking.com has not advertised the apartment at all.s Sorry, bye.

Good price in low season, functional with very good location. Small pool but nothing massed. The apartment is spacious, the only catch is that the air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Still, pretty good.

Shame on you! I made a Reservation of an apartment overlooking the pool in the Payma building on February 28, the Reservation was from August 3 to 15 and I called a few days before to choose the apartment (we were at Christmas in Maspalomas and wanted one in particular) and they tell me by phone that I have no Reservation. I say yes and I send the mail with it and they tell me that the owners of the apartment that they managed have decided to take the management and that I have cancelled my Reservation. Reservation made 5 months in advance.. and I am confirmed in writing 2 days before my vacation that my Reservation is canceled and because I asked, if not they tell me by phone and stay so quiet. DON'T THINK ABOUT BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU'LL RUN OUT OF VACATION. You will not have any guarantee with your Reservation and they will leave you "thrown away" when they please. It is a shame that companies as unprofessional and inept as this continue to operate. Dismal management and nefarious customer service. Anything goes!
