Emi best server is the person that made us come back. Never met a friendly, kinder sweet hearted person ever. Frank the friendliest pool bar cook who made us feel like part of his family, 💗🫶 Yanet awesome server always smiling great vibs, amazing activity gentleman keeps you engaged and phenomenal Brain Pablo bartender made Hotel 10 grand canaries Morgan the best resort to go to. It's the staff that makes it amazing and phenomenal. The employees made us feel like family. We are so grateful. Because of them we have come back multiple times. Also we are from Canada that is a 21hrs flight to get here showing that it's beyond worth it.

Check in nice with friendly staff ,rooms clean and stunning views , a sandwich fruit and yoghurt in our room as late arrival nice touch . Food isn’t the best certainly not 4*plus , it would have been nice to have a little mini bar . Come 11.50 most nights bar shut and by 12 all lights turned out if you were sitting outside the bar a security person is around to make sure it’s no noise my sister and husband is in the middle 70s and my husband and myself were in early 60s so it’s not like we would be going crazy but however it would of been nice not to be watched like children this should be a hotel to allow families with children. My husband is a smoker and you can smoke out the front of hotel or by the door what leads it on the beach by the pool and it absolutely smells so bad as it’s by the drains . The bar staff on a night was often only one woman who was so miserable I find the wait at bar often frustrating in my opinion make this a hotel to suit young families and make it bed and breakfast half board or room only and pop on your website as a none smoking place such a shame as it’s a very pretty location of a hotel we won’t be back for obvious reasons we work hard all year for a holiday and want it at least enjoyable.

We chose this hotel because of good reviews regarding food, a quiet area, and it being an adults-only hotel. The area is indeed quiet; there is hardly anything in the surroundings outside the hotel. The beach is very close and was not overcrowded, though it is small and without services, and the shower had no water. The hotel pool was lively and there was no trouble getting a lounge chair; the entertainment was good, there were various activities from 11 to 5, and there was also entertainment at night. On the downside, the hotel was very hot, the air conditioning was barely noticeable, although the rooms were large and the cleaning service was good; we chose a pool view where you could also see the beach. The most disappointing thing was the buffet; from my point of view, the cooks did not know how to use the grill, they rather boiled the food and both the fish and the meat came out boiled. And poor quality in the product. If you are looking for tranquility and a beach nearby, this is your hotel, but the aspect to improve, and significantly, is the food.
