The cleanliness, location, and staff of the hotel are generally superb, the service is as always top-notch. It is here several times a year. Love the hotel which, despite being worn, has a charm. What unfortunately lowers the judgment significantly now is The food that has gotten worse. Since the dining experience is important on our vacation, we prefer All inclusive premium, but now A la carte has also received a very uneven quality. Most times completely okay, sometimes the food is fantastically good. Man.. After 3 times with raw fish for a couple of weeks' stay, it is sad. A dish is rarely the same, super good one day and a completely different experience when you order the same dish again, different ingredients and flavors in the same dish every time, like day and night some times. Am asked to complain at the reception every time, even though the serving staff have seen how bad it has been. So boring at such a wonderful hotel otherwise. Who has all the possibilities to succeed. We have overlooked that the staff is so wonderful, everything from cleaning, serving, and maintenance, but for the price of 85 thousand (of which the food is over 30 thousand) on a trip, we expect a higher quality than what you actually delivered this time. Was here in June last and the food has gotten noticeably worse in just a short time :(

This is the fourth time we have stayed in the hotel (we normally go in January when its cooler). It was 35 degrees outside and the air con in the room was rubbish we didn't sleep for the time we were there. We had a fan from reception and it was still boiling, a technician went to our room twice after we complained, the second time cleaning the filters but it didnt work. With lots of other reviews saying how poor the air con was the hotel should deal with it.

Been coming to the Sunprime Atlantic for 12 yrs, but this year we haven't enjoyed it as much. The food wasn't brilliant they say they theme food nights, but you might only find one thing relating to the theme. Lots of broken tiles around pool. Don't think it has been swept or sunbeds washed since we've been here. Not enough tables for the sunbeds. Bar staff are great, always happy. No room available to change before heading to the airport. No spa open on a sat, very strange that you can't use it. Don't think we will be coming back next year. Shame as we have always loved coming here.
