My boyfriend and I had an horrible experience with these people. We forgot a bag with an expensive shirt in the apartment. The same day I called the structure and they suggest me to call again the following day as they would talk with the cleaner room staff. The following day I called them like 9 times, no one ever replied to me. So I wrote them an email and finally they said no one found anything. I know it's a lie and I think they had a very shameful behaviour towards us costumers.

This hotel are not the money worth, first the apartment is very cold and total outdated, everything is leaky, the windows are not able to close, the doors was not able to close all the way, so in the night there was very cold, we bought a pyjamas to sleep in. There is no sun on the balcony any time off the day, be aware of that, therefore when it was windy, it also was cold in the day time, the kitchen was falling apart, the shells was dirty and old, the bathroom was with a shower curtain and it was disgusting, i also wrote them several mails and got a Spanish colleague to call them with a special room wish, but they dident care about that, maybe they got tired of me, and gave us the worst room at the hotel, i know they always write "no promise" but i wrote to them 3 -4 month before arrivel, how difficult can it be to plan that, and this is the first time we have this experience, and we travel 3-4 times annually. The pool chairs also needed to change, old and useless, and the Receptionist was locking in the screen all the time and doesn't seems to care about us, and that was any of them. i could goo on...... last tip, dont do it.! we will never go back.

The apartment hotel is super sufficient if you want to spend undemanding holidays in Gran Canaria. You cannot make the highest demands in this regard. The equipment of the kitchen is spartan but for pasta with a sauce it is enough.
