Terraza Amadores

I previously stayed at Gloria San Augustin and enjoyed it so thought I would book here as it was in a different area. Such a lovely welcome from the reception team and a complimentary glass of bubbly! I requested a room near the pool and restaurant which was granted. The room was cleaned every day and was very spacious. The views are breath taking if you are lucky enough to get one facing the sea. The food was delicious, there was always something to eat. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive. Patryk was such a highlight to the stay! Although we never participated in any of the hotel activities, Patryk's energy was so welcoming and powerful it felt like you were still part of it. He even celebrated his 33rd birthday with the hotel which was so wholesome! The team at the pool bar were awesome, they started to remember our drink order after a short while! Sadly my fiance had an accident on the beach and we ended up at a hospital. The reception team was so helpful. They told me the best options to get him seen and to not incur any charges at the hospital. They even let us borrow a pair of crutches for the rest of the stay. I would love to come back here for another stay, I felt so welcomed and safe here. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing.

Fantastic from start to finish.

This was my third time at my favourite holiday place. I was not disappointed. Fabulous hotel and food excellent! Staff were very friendly and cant do enough for you. Our room was clean and spacious. The only negative i can say is that the evening entertainment is quite poor. One evening entertainment was advertised as flamenco night ,but we thought it was comedy gold. Another night was advertised as Golden girls and all i can say is that i felt i was in a backstreet lap dancing club where it was defo not for family entertainment ,although my partner and son enjoyed it. We preferred the lobby bar with a singer/clarinet player instead,so perhaps look at extending the bar opening times? I will defo return again and its still my favourite holiday place.😊
