Hotel was lovely, spa facilities, pool, entertainment and activities were very good. The animation team were excellent, they made our holiday, and our kids really warmed to their fun and inclusive style. All the staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t know was about location that the beach was down steep steps which the older member of our party couldn’t manage but we still had a fab time at the hotel so just a flag to anyone with mobility challenges but not a negative on the hotel itself. Family room was also nice since for us - 2 adults & 2 primary age children. The sofa bed was also comfortable (I stayed on it with my daughter and it was more comfortable than I’d expected.) We were really happy with our stay.
