AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas by Marriott

They need to remodel the hotel. The state of the gym is significant, with equipment in poor condition and dirty; in general, it is an example of how the hotel is. The floors in the rooms are raised due to humidity. The beds are of poor quality and not very stable. The breakfast is excellent, very good. The bar closes too early. And those who work there are wonderful. Average location and everything around is under construction.

Stayed for a week in march. 1st impression is that it is not really overlooking the marina. You have to go down a side street to get access. From our room we had a balcony & only from the corner of this could we see the marina, There is no table or chairs in the balcony so I feel this is a wasted space. The room was kept clean & tidy. We did have to ask for more coffee as this was not filled up. The toiletries were of good quality & smelt lovely, I do think you need more coat hangers & maybe some draws,. Drinks are the bar are expensive. We had an issue with the safe & they had to come & put a new safe in, The location is a distance from the beach but there is local buses that you can get from a nearby stop & can get a card to use. 10 trips for 10 €. Once you get the feel for the area the old quarter is not that far away. We didn’t use the gym or pool. But overall our stay was good.

Seriously under whelming and disappointing stay.
