Amadores Beach

To almost fall in love with a new place that we haven't heard about is amazing. This hotel beats many others we stayed at over the years around the world. Large two bedroom apartment with everything you need when it is without food. Shop with most things you need to queue home. Saltwater pool was perfect and no crowds around it. Water was available at reception. Fresh bread was left in the window every morning except Tuesday and Sunday. Can warmly recommend this place.

I had high hopes for my upcoming stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience before my booking day left me deeply disappointed. As I was in the area and eager to see the facilities, I kindly asked to visit the swimming pool and the room I had reserved in advance. Shockingly, the hotel staff outright refused my request, which left me feeling uneasy and suspicious. In my opinion, a hotel that is confident in its offerings should have no qualms about showcasing its amenities to potential guests. Denying a simple pre-booking visit gave me the impression that they might be trying to hide something. As a result of this disappointing encounter, I have made the decision to cancel my booking. I believe it's essential for guests to feel welcomed and assured about their choice of accommodation. Regrettably, this hotel did not meet my expectations in that regard. I hope my feedback helps other potential guests in making informed decisions when considering their stay here. Transparency and openness should be paramount in the hospitality industry, and I hope the hotel takes this constructive criticism to heart for future improvements.
