Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and cleaners were in room all the time. Aircon was much needed. Both pools were lovely and had the sun all day and plenty of sunbeds. We were SC so didnt eat there although we did have a couple of snacks at the pool in the afternoon and they were lovely. Prefect location. Loved the Europa centre just up the road also ventured down to the Commercial Centre a few times. Walked down but got a taxi back as very hilly but taxis are cheap. Overall would defo return. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!!

The hotel is very nice & clean, the rooms could do with an update but they are just a base! We fell lucky with our room, pool side. The hotel is up in the gods, some reviews have said about 20 minute walk to the center! I would dispute that, it’s worth the €6 in a taxi. The europa center is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, where there’s shops, restaurants, bars & supermarket. This is my review & might be different to a lot of other people’s, it’s not the best but it’s local, the drug dealers are very obvious but if your not interested they leave you alone!! The pool side bar staff in the hotel are very friendly, we was self catering so didn’t eat in the restaurant bit, but the food round the pool was lovely & very generous portions, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Returned this year because we had a great experience last year This year was just as good the staff were great as usual The atmosphere in the hotel is great if you want a adult only experience The evening entertainment was poor especially when a World Cup on Open the infinity pool Bar Area everyone left the hotel to go elsewhere in the evening which is a shame especially when you have a great space available to you The food was very good and catered for everyone The carrot cake was delicious We had odd situation with few noisy gets but dealt with quickly by desk We had a different room than last year but still great shame we couldn’t use the pool below our balcony Reserved for 4 x lower studios Open it up to all 8 in those lower block as it would make them more comfortable and enjoyable The all inclusive set up is very good and competitive as local restaurants seem expensive for not as good food choices Lots of roasted meats Turkey/Salmon/gammon /Duck Only aloud a small recycling cup not a large one is so frustrating as you have to keep going up and down from infinity pool chill out area carrying 4x small cups not 2 large ones, not relaxing for us having to get up every 30 mins to get our drinks of water or fizzy Clean and tidy in all areas
