I have already been to this accommodation 3 times, years ago, in 2022 and recently… and I always feel at home. It is a pleasure to return.
The apartments have everything necessary, are the perfect size for 2-3 people, and are very complete, in addition to being quite clean. The bedroom faces the access hallway and has two beds or a double bed, a nightstand, a side table, a built-in wardrobe, and several hangers. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, vanity cabinet to leave your things, a shower, and gel or shampoo packets as amenities; you also have a hairdryer in the bedroom closet. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, but you also have a ceramic hob, water heater, 2 coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, very complete tableware, and you also have detergent, a dishcloth, and a scouring pad. The living room has a sofa bed, a cabinet, a television, and a small side table, as well as another mini one with a lamp on the side. The terrace has a table as well as chairs, and all the apartments have views of the pool.
Currently, all the apartments in the complex have air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi works phenomenally.
They are close to the Yumbo Shopping Center, you can park right there or in the area without any major problem, nearby you have a supermarket, restaurants, a bus stop and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. In addition, the staff, both at reception and housekeeping, etc., is lovely.
They have nice touches, as the flowers in the living room were natural, there were slippers in the room, and since the birthday fell during the stay, they even give you a bottle of cava and 2 Tirma chocolates.
The pool area has a small children's pool, a jacuzzi, and plenty of sun loungers/umbrellas. It has a lifeguard from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and I believe that if you wish, they also let you have beach towels for a fee.
They have breakfast and dinner options, there is a pool bar…
And if you are going to be there for many days and do not want to bring a lot of clothes, they have typical coin-operated washer/dryers so you can wash your clothes.
If I have to find a downside, I would say the worst part is that the rooms face the hallway and consequently the street, since depending on the time or day you can hear traffic from cars, trucks, and people, and also because the curtains are not completely opaque, light comes in from underneath. Mind you, if you are a deep sleeper or are tired, you won't even notice, and as I mentioned, it depends on the day.
Every time I go, I am super comfortable, the service is perfect, and the accommodation is wonderful. For me, it is a highly recommended option.

Stayed for 10 days, room 501. Stayed at the hotel in May for a number of years. Keeps calling us back.
The hotel offers professionalism in overload.
Excellent customer services
Excellent staff, meet and greet with a smile
Rooms spotless
Location fantastic
Filled a survey out asked if I could offer any changes, to be honest there is nothing I could add, the place is home from home.
Keep doing what yiu are doing.

I am spending the last days of my vacation here. The experience has been very positive. The hotel is located in a strategic point very close to all the attractions. It appears very clean and has very friendly staff. Personally, I did not have a very good experience with the maid who cleaned my room (5th floor) because every time she came to clean the room, I found myself with fewer towels or fewer amenities, even reaching a point where I found myself with only one towel! So I had to go down to the reception to get some extra towels, but the set that was supposed to be there was never fully completed! Another example: one day, spontaneously, she took away the card I had that provides power to the room, so when I returned to the room, I had no power and had to request the card again. Perhaps these annoyances are because I have not yet left her a tip????? In 11 days, you did not change the sheets, let alone the pillowcases, and she was never attentive to whether I had run out of any toiletries (shampoo, shower gel).
Breakfast is very abundant, but if you did not include it in your reservation, it costs 14.50 euros. Dinner is 17.50 euros, but you eat at Neptuno. There is an option to rent a pool towel, but you must leave a deposit of 20 euros (which will be refunded) and the cost is 5 euros. There is an option for a late check-out at the cost of 20 euros without a time limit. The safe costs 2 euros per day.
The air conditioning works as does the Wi-Fi. In the lobby, there is a library full of novels left by previous guests, but they are all in German (mainly) and English.
In your room, you will find complimentary slippers, a sparkling wine, and some wafers.
The kitchen is fully equipped; there is even a coffee maker.
When you are inside the room, you have the option to lock the front door.
