Bungalows Campo Golf

I want to present for all interested my experience. On Sunday 4 August 2024 I am leaving my bungalow at 8:20 in the morning and watch the cleaning lady put the bucket with which she was cleaning i.e. dirty, in the pool and fill it with water to clean the access door to the bungalow development. That's disgusting, swimming pool where adults and children come in. I file my complaint at reception and the director replies that it does not matter because at that time the pool is hyperchlorinated. I mean, they don't attach importance to the gravity of your cleaner. Why not fill the bucket in the shower jet? He told me there was no gravity and refused to give me a claim sheet. And the owners have the dogs loose and poop in the gardens and in front of the bungalow and they don't matter tell me what I'm going to do?. And the microwave is dirty, rusty inside and with holes inside the appliance

This hotel needs a full renovation, old furniture, fridge, outlets barley work, towels smell badly, sofa is not actually and sofa bed (cement a mattress) no air conditioning which is key! Bathroom door does not lock. The owners of this property and drunk and rude. If you have children the owners here have a problem with it (as they told us this because my kids were in the swimming pool (WHICH IS NORMAL!) saying that my kids are annoying. If you are over 60 this might be good for you but if you have children and your are planning your holiday as a family, this property should not be your final destination because they don’t like children at all!

This place has a Chinese take away and a bar, the pillows and mattresses are like sleeping on a rock not comfortable, old furniture, kitchen not well equipped, at night drunk and rude owners of the property, dining plates are small,no ironing or use of TV unless you pay extra,
