Cala Blanca

The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly, and strives to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is at the top of a hill, but it is not a very steep slope, so it is not an excessive effort to walk up it. In any case, there is a taxi stand very close by. The atmosphere is quiet, and if you are looking to relax after a day at the beach, it is the ideal place. The air conditioning works well and is appreciated during the hottest days.

Spectacular site. We have stayed at this Club again and we are delighted. Charming staff, from the front desk , lifeguard, entertainer, etc... Each and every one of the people who work here are attentive to ensure you don't lack anything and that you enjoy yourself to the fullest. Of course, if you are looking for the best vacation, you will find it all at Club Cala Blanca.

Very much liked this resort. The apartments were very good and the staff were generally friendly - some exceptionally so such as Igancio and Katarzyna. Nice pool, decent gym, the usual poolside bar etc. Would recommend it for sure. Word of warning though - there’s a big hill up to the resort which you have to climb unless you’re getting the hotel shuttle bus (which is handy for getting to Mogan (nice town) and Puerto Rico), or taxis (which can add up). Hiring a car probably a good option if you like to do that (I don’t !). There are some public busses available but again they are at the bottom of the hill. The hill would be very difficult for kids or even adults not used to it - it really is quite steep. The little town at the bottom of the hill (Taurito) has a nice beach and a few waterside restaurants. Overall this is a lovely resort for families with very good accommodation and mostly friendly staff. It’s only slightly out of town but you’ll need to be ok with a bit of a hike up the hill as it’s not easy to get a taxi to just go from town to the resort. You will likely want to go further than Taurito so the shuttle bus/public busses/a car is required.
