Positive: Nice spacious room and bathroom. Good mattress, nice spacious terrace, clean, cleaned daily. As with many hotels silicone in corners rather sloppy finish, that can easily be made more beautiful and attractive. Extensive and tasteful breakfast and dinner. Lots of choice and daily according to a theme additional specialties. Dessert supply was moderate to good. Nice hotel atmosphere, very pleasant and helpful staff, plenty of room at large enough pool, no race for towels, always seats available. Sun loungers and beds available, quite comfortable. Very close to the sea, near nice shops, restaurants etc.. Everything is on site, also to rent car, really easy. Nice roof terrace also with nice view. Less positive: Daily noise in the hallway through the doors that slam too loudly, you sometimes hear noises through the walls. Air conditioning leaked in 2 places, the ceiling was already clearly affected and you saw it yourself at the bottom of the cupboard that was next to it, everywhere affected wood by the water that is also looking for a way down. Up to 3 times reported to the reception because the ticking drops were really disturbing. Even once during the night. We had to put a towel on the floor ourselves and eventually turn off the air conditioning we had paid for. We were not heard, nothing was done with it while it was confirmed that a technician would come. Never happened!! The communication and commercial attitude at the reception between shifts there could really be much better, their English, they do their best but it could be improved. When we wanted to check out at the checkout and the ban contact did not work immediately the receptionist cursed in an English F word, we thought that was really inappropriate for a 4 star hotel!!!

A good hotel, with a good location, very attentive staff, both at the reception and the cleaning staff, and of course in the restaurant, with plenty of variety and quality in the food. The room was very clean and had good views. A very pleasant pool. In summary, a very good hotel to spend a pleasant vacation.
