Club Hotel Riu Gran Canaria

Excellent, as expected. Very good entertainment, both daytime and nighttime, especially Axis and Nerea. The white party and the musicals were noteworthy.

Beautiful clean, neat hotel. Friendly staff and plenty of variety in the buffer restaurant. The pools are also lovely. There's just a few things I wasn't too happy about. The wines, red white and rosé are not to be savored, very sorry Riu!! Also laying towels very early in the morning is not part of such a neat hotel. Sometimes at the quiet pool at 8 am 80% of the beds were already occupied without a chicken on it. Annoying and antisocial. Despite that, we had a nice holiday who knows, we might come back sometime.

What to say when you expect a vacation to enjoy and you find that when you get into bed you have a cockroach inside the bed you go to call reception and the phone doesn't work you call reception from a family member's room and the receptionist's answer is what are they going to do where is the 24-hour room service? I would never recommend it
