Cordial Green Golf (Bungalows)

So the hotel and layout is pretty good, and a generally nice relaxed atmosphere. The downside is the staff (all but one girl who's name I can't recall) are slow and disorganised and just not very good. When challenged politely they become incredibly arrogant and difficult. Its only small stuff but it annoys me. We all have jobs to do, and they all have problems, but dealing with them properly is important. These little.irritatuons spoil things. Without this I would have gone 4 or 5 stars gladly.

Quite good Location to all amenities, atmosphere in complex is 95% locals, rooms are basic and will cater for small meals, value for money diffently not, the entire area and rooms I cant fault for cleanliness, but you will notice the odd item going missing from your room so be on guard, my wife left her earrings on the bedside table and later discovered them gone, il put it like this the light fingers are well let's say a card holder, no point complaining as wee did even when earbuds where lifted off sunbed whilst in the pool they just hand you a online procedure to police report, if your looking peace and quiet when you retire for bed well dont come here as it seems the locals come alive after 11pm and scream until wee small hours jumping in and out of pool, several times the police arrived to a guest complaint only for them to stand all hands length and the locals just dont care, staff cater for the locals, you cant get near pool tables, darts or any activies as completely takeun over by around 30 local teenagers every day and night. Food is not great, it has theme nights but il just say hmmmmmm to food, leaves a lot of improvement, overall Gran Canaria is a lively place to visit but avoid this residence if you coming for family holiday, kids wont get a chance, as locals seem just to barge past and in pool, dive bomb, throw heavy balls across at each other as the dive in to head ball which goes flying into other people without apology

I have just returned from 11 nights at this complex with my sister and I actually have nothing to moan about We had the most fantastic time, this complex exceeded my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly, bungalows were fantastic (we booked the plus for the a/c) our view overlooking the stunning golf course We went self catering which was great as supermarket onsite or 10 minutes stroll away, you could purchase from the bar for lunch etc the food was amazing Evening time I can’t comment on as we went out every evening, cab 5 euros which was great. The best experience was being on the beach in San Augustin to watch Spain win the World Cup final, wow what an experience that was I would highly recommend this complex in fact we have already booked for next year
