Spent a great holiday here. Apartment very clean, good as new bathroom, kitchen/living room perfect, nice balcony bedroom with super bed, WiFi works and even air conditioning in the apartment. In the complex it was very quiet during the day and also at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, no hustle and bustle already in the morning. The buffet was always refilled immediately and the lady who took care of the breakfast, through her kindness, made the day start well. I have been coming to Playa del Ingles for 25 years, but this year the accommodation was perfect. Everything is just right here, especially the price/performance ratio. If you want a quiet holiday, close to the beach (max. 8 minutes) and wants to spend to the nightlife of Playa del Ingles (10 minutes to the Yumbo Center) is right here. I'm definitely coming back this year.

For the price, this was a basic apartment that suited us fine for our week's stay. The apartments are in a great location mid way between the beach and the Yumbo centre. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes away that sells everything you need. There are two pools, one for families with a bar and a smaller one which is adults only. The negatives would be that the room is looking tired and showing signs of aging (scuff marks on the walls and furniture was a bit tatty). Although we had room service most days with clean sheets and towels, the floors always appeared dirty.

We are now in our third and last week at this cozy little hotel. Everything is just awesome here. Nice little apartment, good bathroom and good beds. Very nice staff. Good breakfast, but could be renewed somewhat in terms of selection. Nevertheless, we had no need :) Nice proximity to everything. Here we come again.
