We stayed at the dorothea apartments for 1 week recently,they are in a good location near the beach supermarkets and restaurants.The apartment was quite basic and dated,the kitchen was small with very poor cooking facilities,just 2 small rings and no oven it was difficult to fit 2 pots on the rings together,it wasn't cleaned every day and towels only changed every 3 days,I emailed and requested a double bed but the 2 bedrooms had 2 single beds in each bedroom,I got no reply to the email ,it costs €27 to get a key to open the safe in the bedroom you get a refund of €10 back when you return the key , the reception staff are pleasant and helpful,there is a nice square about 10 minutes away where there is open air dancing every evening ,I wouldn't stay at those apartments again

Clean apartments but old. I think it should be renovated. The staff is great and really trying. Otherwise, the facility is very well maintained and clean. Oh yes, the air conditioning works pretty well. In the living room not at all and in the two bedrooms only very easily, level 1 even if you set to 3.

To start the first day, when they arrived, they already started to do the wrong count and overcharged us. Followed by, after having a reservation since October last year, offering us a parking space as the only one left for a mini car. We have found in later days that the rest of the places are not occupied. CAPITAL ERROR... wavering to the customer's face No change of towels. I had to order them and it was checked that they were changed. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE. Nor did they replace the toilet paper. And the next thing was that we wanted to eat at the pool grounds and served at a Caribbean pace, leaving us the last when we had ordered from the first. Over an hour to serve us. If they can’t serve you, don’t offer the service Conclusion....PRETTY BAD
