Gloria Palace Amadores Thalasso & Hotel

We have being their twice now. Great hotel but the lack of staff and the way the entertainment staff lack of interaction with kids was very noticeable this time around

Beautiful hotel but the luft is ABSOLUTELY a non- negotiable. Please get this rectified quickly. Not acceptable or inclusive

Stayed at this hotel as a family of 8. Check in was smooth & staff so friendly. Rooms were spacious and allocated close to each other which we didn’t expect but was a lovely touch. Beds in room comfortable & bathroom massive with lovely big walk in shower. One of the rooms we had was for family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) the room was more than spacious. Our rooms constantly cleaned with fresh towels. All inclusive plus had plenty to choose from & offered 30% discount for additional items not in all inclusive option. For anyone to complain about the all inclusive are just being picky! Pool areas great & good for anyone with walking difficulties as you had the chance to walk into the pool rather than using ladder. Staff friendly. Bar areas good. When ordering drinks we panicked a little because asking for our room key but no need to as this is what they do. Entertainment was okay but to be honest never expect broadway shows for entertainment. Last day we went down as flight was late & to see if we could keep rooms on, staff member on desk had said fully booked but let him see what he could do. He was able to let us keep one room on until 2pm which was great. I will definitely be back to the hotel & happy to recommend this to anyone!
