Guatiza Apartamentos

Small-scale but clean apartment complex. Cleaning was done every other day and new towels were provided. We were on the ground floor with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the beach, boulevard, shopping center and bus stop. It is an apartment complex for people who do not want to stay in the apartment all day, but want to have everything close by. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it does have a ceiling fan.

In comparison to other hotels in Gran Canaria a relatively small complex (which we liked). The kind German hostess stayed in the complex herself and could help you if you had any questions. The interior was a bit dated but fine. The apartment was clean (cleaned every day!). The bathroom contained a bath/shower, bidet, sink and toilet. There was a small kitchenette with basic kitchenware in the living room. No airconditioning present (we didn't miss it either). It is located on walking distance of the boulevard, beach and shopping centers. The pool isn't very big, but nice to take a quick swim.
