Heliomar

We are two adults and a teenager who is on heliomar for the first time, we got to fight good price and had not too high expectations. I was very pleased! great hotel, large balcony, nice outdoor area and pool area! great plus with heated pool! fight central to buy center, and also not long walk to the beach. We will be happy to come back! here we enjoy very well! lovely with morning sun, afternoon sun and evening sun! 😊👍🏻☀️ tip top! no luxury apartment, but great space, and absolutely nothing to complain about! I had done some research and questioned myself which room number was best, I sent mail with my wish for room number and got 1 of 3 I had wanted! Leil 401, right over the pool, sun to a every time and fight big great balcony! 😊

Service level was not present. All week I saw only one employee: an old lady who barely spoke English and had a slightly negative attitude. So we gave up getting help with the things we were not happy with: Wifi didn’t work, 70-80% of all sunbeds were completely destroyed, the cleaning was poor and the apartments were really “tried” and worn off, the blankets in the closet were seriously 20-30 years old and filled with hair, curtains were ugly and curry yellow and gave a depressing light and were falling down in several places so we had to hang blankets for the windows in the bedrooms, there is mold in the fuses of the bathroom, everything was sticky, old and ugly. It was really the worst place I have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness, service level, furniture / decoration of the apartment and in addition there was extremely much noise to far out at night (02-03 time) from bars / discos and during the day there was noise from the construction site that was just next to the hotel.

There are many stairs in the hotel area. The pool is allowed to stay max 2 hours, can feel a little paltry. You want to spend more than 2 hours. The bar / restaurant is okay despite their own opening hours can be a bit "well" then we have to go down and buy somewhere else
