Lara - Nido del Aguila

The positive part is the facilities, especially the pool; the negative part is that we had full board and it turns out that for lunch they send you to the Nido del Águila, another complex next door, where the dining room is like a canteen, everyone piled up without tablecloths on the tables and the food is trash. When I mention that I have been to Gran Canaria and they served us peeled and sliced bananas, no one believes it. The food was always the same, chicken or pork and some fish. We had one hour to eat so as not to coincide with the other hotel, and for dinners, when there was entertainment on the terrace, you had to get it yourself and take it to the table; they only collected payment.

I must say that Ms. Dunia from the Nido de Aguila dining room is a top-notch worker. There are criticisms of the hotel, but other guests have already mentioned them. If I were to start a business, I would undoubtedly hire Ms. Dunia.

Let's start from the beginning: the reception staff was unfriendly and prioritized their personal comfort when receiving a group, which is against Spanish legislation on mandatory data. The rooms were fine for what we paid, as was the pool area. Moving on to cleanliness, nowhere do they tell you that it is not daily, but at reception, they inform you that there is no cleaning on Tuesdays and Saturdays, apparently for ecological reasons, which disappear if you are willing to pay €2 for sheets and bed and €1 for towels per day. And the food... repetitive, poor, a disaster In the dining room, the tables are crammed together, with no minimum privacy during meals because all the tables are close together. In the advertising, they mention the Picasso restaurant, which is closed... There is no lounge or café to have something to drink I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone
