studio booked 1st floor apartment neat beds very bad.. also all night with lots of noise nuisance do not go here if you want a quiet holiday or a good night's sleep because you do not get it.

I arrived with me after a long flight and of course in my winter clothes but couldn't check in until 14:00. Yeah, no problem. I wanted to go to the pool to enjoy the sun but the unhelpful Chinese lady behind the reception did not let me. She was unfriendly and spoke poor English. So now wait till it's 2pm in the heat in my much too warm clothes. I don't feel welcome at this hotel yet. I hope you will. I wouldn't advise morning air if you went to this apartment. I have been coming to Gran Canaria for 30 years but have not experienced this before.

Both my husband and I are regular customers, this year we went in June and everything was fine, except the card they give you to access the pool, that experience is fine but now we are super upset since we have always made our reservations in advance and there has been no problem, but this week I have gone twice to be able to book for January at the end of January , and they believe they put negative after negative, as I live in the capital palms because I called but they still test negative to book so that is all I can say disappointment.
