Las Gondolas

We booked spontaneously because there was nothing available in our apartment. We come here twice a year for vacation and always have a great apartment, but unfortunately, it was fully booked, so we came here because it looked very good in the pictures. But only in the pictures!!! We arrived there and there were still foreign hairs everywhere on the floor, and the table was still full of stains, really disgusting. The furniture is so worn out and broken, the cabinets, mirrors, and bathroom shower wall are so smeared as if the cleaning staff only cleans everything with a rag. The wardrobe smells of mold, the bed linens are only changed once a week, and the towels every three days, and the dish towel not at all. One sleeps on a cot where only the mattresses are placed on it. The cleaning staff only takes out the trash, and the bed is not cleaned at all. We are on the second floor, and you can hear everything from the street; it is very loud, and the balcony facing the street is not great either. People can watch you while you have breakfast. All in all, this apartment is not worth a single euro. People who praise it so highly here have certainly not seen anything better. Once and never again, so please do not book here; it is really not worth it.

After years of holidaying in an all-in 4-star hotel, we ventured into an apartment for the first time this year. Because we passed Las Góndolas on our way to the beach in recent years, our choice eventually fell on this apartment complex. Points for improvement - [ ] The entire complex is somewhat dated. - [ ] There is no air conditioning in the rooms. - [ ] Use of the safe costs €5 per day; this should be included in the service. - [ ] The kitchen is limited for those who want to cook themselves. For example, providing some wine glasses would be an added value. Positive points - [ ] Beautiful room with sea view. - [ ] The rooms, corridors, reception, swimming pool, roof terrace, ... are all squat maintained. - [ ] The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location - [ ] The complex is centrally located, about 5 minutes walk from the promenade with shops, eateries and the textile beach. - [ ] The nearest nudist beach is about a 15-minute walk away. - [ ] A supermarket is located diagonally opposite Las Góndolas. Roof terrace - [ ] The large roof terrace offers sun all day. - [ ] Part of the terrace is reserved for nudism, which was a great asset for us, especially in windy weather. - [ ] Incomprehensible that so few holidaymakers use this beautiful roof terrace. - [ ] Small tip: place some garbage cans on the terrace. Swimming pool - [ ] The swimming pool and the sunbathing area are closed, so that children cannot just run away. The latch is at adult height, which provides extra safety. Service - [ ] Housekeeping service: 5 times a week. - [ ] Towels service: 3 times a week. - [ ] Free beach towels available; for €1 each you get a fresh beach towel. - [ ] Bed linen is changed weekly. - [ ] Staff at reception can book a taxi to and from the airport on request. - [ ] A special thank you to Georgi for the always prompt and friendly answers to our questions via email. Conclusion We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look back on a particularly pleasant stay. For us this was a very successful first experience in an apartment, and we will definitely book again for 2027.

Stayed here for 4 days everything we needed staff so helpful nothing a problem and only mins away from the beach and restaurants great price also .
