Las Jacarandas

WOW, never thought such a small facility could be sooooo beautiful. SUPER well maintained garden, very clean pool area, quiet location but only 4 min. Walking distance to Yumbo Center. Rooms are clean and only slightly worn which is not bad, here and there paint on it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning schedule is spread over 3 days and one day before departure there is no need to clean. TIP : better planning

Difficult to get in, the elevator has been broken for several months, the staff claimed that it was temporary (98 steps to v4 ) bad with cleaning, had to throw out garbage themselves, nag about toilet paper, no lighting outside the front door in the evening, non-functioning hotplate (noted this, nothing happened ) got rid of towels and had to look in the basement itself, cold pool. Most important seemed to be watering the lawn, no cleaning of the patio.Expensive compared to neighboring hotels. IN OTHER WORDS NOTHING TO RECOMMEND

Visited in october 2025, great sized apartment, clean, although smelt heavily of cigarettes. Nice big balcony. Good size pool however hotel neglected to inform us the pool was empty and having work done on it meaning we had no access to pool from the saturday night through to moving hotels on the tuesday. This sort of information should have been advised well before guests are arriving. It was a shame as we have walked past this hotel many times over last few years and always impressed with look of poolside etc and i only book my hotels based on the pools as i like to he in and around a pool when on holiday. Once bought to hotel attention we were offered £10 per day that we could not use the pool which felt like an insult. We decided to move hotels.
