Apartment with sparse furniture, let's say essential, as are the cooking accessories, but you can still manage with what you find. Close to the sea, the beach can be reached after a series of endless stairs, but if you walk for 10 minutes you practically arrive at Maspalomas to enjoy one of the best beaches on the island. We had an apartment with a well-maintained synthetic lawn; our little girl used it a lot to run and play during the hours less suitable for sunbathing. Air conditioning is missing, but I must say that the ceiling fans do their job, also considering the light wind that blows constantly and makes the heat bearable. Unfortunately a little dirty, we even found cockroaches; the cleaning leaves a little to be desired. There is a well-maintained pool that is convenient for cooling off. There is another hotel right behind it with live music every night that made resting a bit difficult considering the lack of soundproofing. There is parking right outside that you can always find with a little luck and it is free. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are all just a few minutes away. Overall an excellent choice, also for the price.

The apartment is ok. We upgraded to a larger one but it was still very small Lift was not working. As we were upstairs we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs plus all our shopping - water etc not ideal. We stayed 10 nights and it was not fixed .No english channels even though they state they have satellite tv was told this was broken as well wasn't cheap. Swimming pool not heated so no point in having one. I didn't feel the staff were helpful. Basic expensive place

Lovely small complex, spotless well maintained pool area. Pool is cold but fine once you get in, the bubble beds are great! Rooms aren’t huge but big enough (we stayed in a one bed apt), accomodation was clean and kitchen well equipped. Excellent shower although bathroom was boiling hot as the window was nailed shut. Could do with extra pillows and air con otherwise very good. Cross the road and down a path to the prom which leads you to playa del Inglés beach in about 10/15 minutes. There’s a big spar supermarket just around the corner. The road train also goes from near the spar which is a laugh.
