Monteparaiso

Wouldn’t even rate this a 1. Arrived to nobody on site. Lies from on the beach with pictures. No hotel reception. No pool bar. They told me to go to riosol the sister hotel, they do not deal with Monteparaiso. We were stranded outside the apartment at night as the number doesn’t exist on the sheet of paper on the wall it tells you to call. We had to ask local residents for help. Do not book this place.

My parents are staying here at the moment. Arrived to nobody on site, late at night with a phone number to ring stuck on the wall which they couldn't read due to poor lighting. Eventually they found a member of the public to help them. They managed to get hold of someone on the phone who guided them to their "room" if you can call it that, and they were greeted with curtains hanging of the rails, a worktop in the kitchen area coming away from the wall and no sign of a cleaner in years! The next day, the daylight revealed a pool area that is filthy, weeds everywhere and no way of contacting anyone. Contacted Love Holidays for some help and they are utterly useless and offered an insulting £20 for the inconvenience and also offered to arrange for some cleaners to attend. All in all, do NOT book these apartments! If there was a minus star rating we would be giving it that, as the 3 star rating it has is an absolute joke!!

Dreadful from start to finish, no change of sheets or towels, mattress on two beds filty , shower overflowing, no why to check in only phone number on wall, very hard to see in dark as no lighting. Hotel next door would not help one bit ,they did not want to know, Not wheelchair friendly. No way of contacting Luv Holidays
