I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. Very friendly, kind staff, always with a smile. The buffet is very good, varied, more international than Italian. Welcoming and super clean hotel.

Great hotel in a good location clean rooms friendly staff

I was at the Hotel Parque Tropical in Maspalomas from May 1st to May 5th, 2026. I have now been to the hotel for the 7th time. And I can only highly recommend it! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception, to the porters, waiters, and head chef in the restaurant, at the pool bar, animation team, hotel manager, and housekeeping - simply everyone. Every evening there are shows, partly music shows or acrobatic shows. During the day, the animation team with Anthea and Nolan does very good work! With the animation team, one does not get bored; one can participate in Bingo, mini-golf, shooting with an air rifle, darts, table tennis, billiards, Sjoelen, and aqua aerobics. Even if one only wants to lie by the pool, one can enjoy the peace and relaxation, as aqua aerobics only takes place once a day at the pool. For all other sports activities, everyone meets at the pool bar and then gathers for the individual games on the expansive hotel grounds. Also, a big compliment to the tour guide Bianca from Schauinsland Reisen. I have booked excursions with Bianca again, and everything has worked out excellently once more, and this is already the seventh time. Year. Bianca is very friendly, polite, nice, and helpful. And if there are any problems, such as an excursion not working out, she immediately takes care of it to ensure the guests are satisfied. Bianca makes the impossible possible! When Bianca takes care of things, one can assume that everything will work out 100%. The breakfast and dinner are excellent. No wishes remain unfulfilled. Dinner often has a theme, such as Mexico, Italy, or Canary Islands, etc., but even if one does not like Mexican food, there is always regular food available. And even if something in the hotel does not work or is defective, one can inform the reception 24 hours a day, and sometimes someone will come in the evening (if desired) to repair or replace the part, etc. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with ponds, frogs, and fish. The hotel complex includes a fitness studio, hairdresser, massage, and tennis facilities. The hotel is located directly by the sea. When one exits the hotel complex through the back exit, one comes directly to the beach and the sea. My vacation next year at the hotel is already planned.
