Puerto de las Nieves

My partner and I went to the spa, we were attended to by a guy who if I remember correctly is named Eno!!!! The experience with him was wonderful, super professional and what tranquility he radiated!! The spa is very nice, but what I didn't think was right is that you go to relax and there are some people with their daughter acting like it's a water park, even with goggles and a snorkel!!! And the girl was jumping from everywhere!!! I think it's something they should control, since it is a relaxation area and honestly it lost its magic! But in general very good since, later they left and we were able to enjoy the moment!! Thanks Eno and the girl at the front desk who was there on the morning of July 22nd, she was super nice too!!!!!!

Without luxuries, but a luxury of a hotel in the best area of Gran Canaria. Very large and comfortable rooms. Very complete and high-quality breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. It is not impossible to park on the street, but they offer free parking. Small and super clean spa.

This hotel was chosen for us by the travel company managing our walking holiday in Gran Canaria. It was absolutely fine for all our requirements whilst lacking the nth degree of character and charm. Room was spacious and well specified although the bathroom door was extremely sticky and could have done with half an inch planing from the bottom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff we met were friendly and helpful. As a start point for our daily walks it could not have been better.
