Had a great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Charming two bedroom bungalow with own patio was very clean and a lovely place to return to and relax. The kitchen had most of what you would need but not a kettle. Not a major problem as a pan of water on the induction hob served well.

The location of this facility is very central but unfortunately the room does not stand to the location. Rooms were poorly cleaned and smelled sewage There were many permanent residents at this facility which made one lose the holiday feeling My recommendation is steer away

Stated here in 2018 and 2019 and had a great stay on both occasions. When the chance to book came up again I was more than happy to go back. Sadly this trip I wasn't as impressed. I understand it's fairly basic, but was clean and comfortable first couple of times. On thus occasion, had issues gaining access at 9pm, despite being assured the night security guard would be on duty with our bungalow key. It tool 20 mins to gain access via other guests then I went hunting the complex for security guard. Found fairly swiftly, he was pleasant and helped us with bags and took us to our bungalow. My partner collected a mobility scooter from reception we'd arranged with a local company. The bungalow we were allocated wasn't accessible. Took another 36 hours to gey moved. The bungalows were a bit tired and jaded. Only 1 pool open and no pool snack bar open. On site public loos were closed and locked. The whole complex looks and feels tired and jaded and there seems to be a scarcity of staff. The ones we met and dealt with were very pleasant. Overall however, I'll not return.
