Servatur Sunsuite Royal

Normally go half board but booked last minute looking for self catering apts and found this hotel. Reviews were generally very positive and could see why after staying here. Booked Royal Sun suite (room 3407) top floor beneath rooftop pool, amazing views which had spacious balcony with whirlpool tub, along with loungers & other outdoor furniture other rooms had. Robes, slippers, pool towels and drinks left in fridge. As other guests said you get used to the various lifts to go up and down but it didn't take time & preferable to walking up steep hill in the heat! Plenty of pools always loungers available. Place may be too quiet for some, not much in way of entertainment but you're a 5 min walk from reception level to get to centre with lots of bars/restaurants plus Mogan Mall for good shopping brands. There for world cup final, amazing atmosphere! About 15 min walk to get local buses, went to Las Palmas & Maspalomas by bus, took ferry to Puerto de Mogan which is beautiful. Local beach loungers reasonable price tho didn't use. Totally enjoyed the stay, would book again or other Servatur hotel in other resorts if similar apts.

Location is great, close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Beach is maybe 20 min walk, loads of taxis to help u get back if needed. Bus stop is only 10 minutes walk, you can get the 91 to the north side of the island, cost €8.40 per person, it dose take over an hour to get to the north. Rooms are ok, looked a bit dated but can't really go wrong. The price has really jumped up in the last few years and with nothing extra to show for it. This is the 3rd (maybe last) time we have stayed here. Aircon and fan in the room, cleaners are great and sort out everything. Atmosphere is nice and chill, they have pool exercise from time to time and a kids club. The pool restaurant has all sorts it's priced the same as must restaurant in the centre €12 for a burger. For being so close to the main centre of restaurants and pubs the noise level at night is next to zero, we are on the higher levels, floor 7, which is a bit further away. As with any hotel, it seems they haven't sorted out the sun lounges situation. Be there for 10 and get your towl down or hope you just get lucky. Right now there are over 30 with towls and no one to be seen.

I would just like to say a big thank you and say how much myself and my husband were very much looked after during our visit to the Terezzamar Sunsuits in May. We arrived on the 28th of May, and my husband was admitted to the San Roque hospital and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and was admitted to ICU for over a week then to a normal ward- he received the most excellent care. I would like to highlight two of your employees in particular who went above and beyond with their kindness and compassion to us both – from calling an ambulance and accompanying the paramedics to our apartment room and translating to them in English. I don’t know their surnames, but it is Sarah and Rafael who both work on reception. Each day I saw Sarah she always took the time to ask how my husband and I were and helped and guided me where to catch the local bus to the hospital and any other information I needed. All the staff were nice and helped if I needed anything which really helped to alleviate the stress I was under. Once again thank you to SERVATUR and all your wonderful staff.
