We had a great time, we were two couples. We are from Galicia and my sister is from Madrid And we will repeat in 2027 with my granddaughters Everything was great except for a few details from the lifeguard that we didn't like The first day they put us in a bungalow that wasn't the one, but we didn't mind, and in exchange, on the last day, since we arrived very late on the first day and missed lunch and dinner (they left us a cold dinner, great detail), on the last day instead of leaving the complex at 12 noon we left at 6 PM, and they gave us lunch and let us use a bungalow to shower So next year we are coming back with the little ones Hotel for children 100% recommended

I stayed at Vistaflor Bungalows during the Canary Island Fest (Bachata & Salsa) and I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the entire Nourdin catering team. The food was always varied, abundant, and very delicious at every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and the kindness, friendliness, and attention of all the staff were exceptional at all times. Being part of a big dance festival with so much joy also means being well taken care of physically, in order to be able to dance for many hours each day. And here that need was met in a fantastic way: there was always something delicious and suitable to recharge energy and continue enjoying the dance floor. I will gladly return. Fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff!! I felt safe and welcomed, the two guys at the bar couldn't do enough for me and my son always checking in on us and keeping the drinks topped up. Satti was lovely, and went out her way to make sure me and my son was ok, booked all our trips hassle free and helped with transport, Satti even text to make sure we got home safe after seeing me panic before leaving the hotel. I will be returning. Thank you for taken care of us on our first holiday. ❤️
