Great stay every thing was as should be if you were worried about coming here don't be .we were there December 25 and our stay was great from our bungalow to the heated pool .we were met by mollie who was so helpful he took us to out bungalow and showed us all we needed to know from how to work the shower to how to use the cooker all the amenities was in good condition we were 50mtrs to the heated pool which was just what hou needed as the temperature was a little cold outside the pool bar served good snacks and light meals .they have a English bakery on sight which also does lovely meals a breakfast there is also a well stocked shop for everything uou need until you can get to a supermarket our bungalow was number 67 close to the heated pool we woloke to say a big thank you to mollie and his staff .we definitely be back

Disappointing and lousy: number 77, We warned the second day why the washing machine was not working and countless messages to the host and the answer was that after 12 days I would put a new washing machine on Monday one day after leaving the bungalow, when it is a simple hose that would not stop dropping water while washing with the consequent danger of not being able to approach the washing machine since it was soaked we had to go during these days to a laundry and spend money since we do not Service, the very dirty sofa and the cover of the cup of broken and loose water that had to be held every time we used it, also told the first day that they would go to look at it and fix it but in 12 days no one came, if you started cooking it filled everything with smoke since the extractor of the kitchen does not exist, the kitchen has hardly enough strength to cook and make some simple fried eggs you looked black,

Noisy noise from handymen who cause a lot of inconvenience with sanding and flex machines. The bungalow on the right next to us had already passed this on to the owner of the bungalow in May. He found it no problem to then put tenants in! With what sense can you do that? Also bungalow to our left looked more like a building site than a quaint cottage. After we complained the reception did nothing.. only when we had called the regional manager twice we were moved to another bungalow on the park after 2 days. There was less trouble here. For a few days then because then they started noisy work next to it. At the pool we also 'enjoyed' the work. The machine sounds could be heard continuously loud. Not to mention the locals who occupy all the swimming pools in the park on the weekends and are chatting to each other all day long with the whole family as if they were arguing with each other so loudly. They blather all day long. You don't feel comfortable not being Spaniard. We have not had a nice holiday here. Worthless staff at the reception who hardly ever sit in place. Not thinking or communicating. If you want a quiet nice holiday I do not recommend this park!! Shameful that you let holidaymakers sit in the machine sounds like that...never again!
