Very very difficult to get coffee and drinks, too much waiting, not enough staff. Better not miss breakfast because after that everything is closed. Dilapidated room, broken floor, cracks in the ceiling, unfinished paint, door that doesn't close, very noisy impossible to sleep, view of the trash cans and sewers, on the street so car noise, horns etc. Balcony height very dangerous for children. We were not able to change rooms. Never again.

We had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. We were satisfied with the room, the hotel in general, as well as its location. The surroundings are pleasant, the beach is nearby, and the night market, open every evening, is a real plus. However, if you are traveling with children or if you are looking for a hotel that offers entertainment, this is probably not the most suitable establishment. There are no water games and the evenings are very quiet. Since the hotel is located in town, things quiet down quickly, with a very tranquil atmosphere starting at 11 p.m. Regarding the dining, breakfast is decent and offers a satisfactory selection. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the lunch and dinner buffets. Whether it's the hot dishes, cold appetizers, or desserts, the quality and variety are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. We also found that there was a lack of fresh fruit. The dining room service also left us feeling mixed. When it is crowded, especially on weekends, the staff seems a bit disorganized, which sometimes leads to waiting. Furthermore, the restaurant's operation is peculiar: for lunch and dinner, it is not possible to serve yourself drinks. You have to wait for a server to come take your order and bring the drinks to the table. Only breakfast allows you to serve yourself freely, especially for coffee. Finally, regarding the "all-inclusive" package, we were a bit disappointed by the drinks offered for the aperitif. The spirits served are lesser-known brands and the selection remains quite limited. We expected a better quality offering for an establishment rated 4 stars. Overall, we have fond memories of our stay thanks to the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the premises, and the hotel's excellent location. On the other hand, the dining, the organization of the service, and the quality of certain services in the "all-inclusive" package could use improvement to be more in line with the advertised standard.
