Been here 15 days. A lovely hotel. Perfect location near bus station, beach, old town, castle, museum, bird park, aquarium, market, Santa Cruz viewpoint, Roman aqueduct in center and in the acueducto park a little further, Majuelo Parque and shops. Friendly and helpful staff from reception, cleaning to restaurant. Good food, lots of choice. Clean rooms, lovely mattresses, spacious bathroom and large balcony, nice view of old town, and sloping to the sea and other side mountains. Highly recommended, also much to see in the area (various castles, forts, sugar museum in motril, Granada, la Herradura, salobrena, and nerja accessible by bus). But also in Almuñécar itself much to see within walking distance. We look back on a fantastic holiday!
