Cozy hotel ,very clean and nice we were in the 222 spacious and comfortable,for putting a paste .. in the morning they turned off the heating and cold in the room...but very well you can repeat without problem, you have to take the car to go to trevelez as it is away from everything...very familiar the treatment of the girls of the hotel.. a 10..

Great hotel in the middle of the Alpujarras. We were pleasantly surprised. Huge and very comfortable rooms. Rustic decoration and with everything you need. Very friendly and willing staff who did not hesitate to help and resolve any questions. Excellent and highly recommended. Thank you!!

Reception was very cordial by Danielle, who speaks English pretty well. We were the only guests at the time. Upon entering, there was a penetrating smell. Unfortunately, this was not only the case at the reception, but throughout the hotel. At first I thought they had waxed furniture, but after a while I found out that they had been working hard with carboleum/carbolineum. This air (stench) hits you enormously on the throat and quickly caused headaches. The fan in the room (no air conditioning) could not dispel the air. Sleeping very badly and getting up with a bad headache and sore throat.Eaten reasonably well in the restaurant in the evening, but certainly not a winner. The indoor pool was empty and the outdoor pool did not look attractive. The photos on the website give a hugely distorted picture. You think you are staying in a 4 star hotel, but nothing could be further from the truth. It's pretty good to take pictures like that. Actually, this hotel is faded glory. Too bad because the people are very nice and willing to do anything for you. Asked on departure about the smell. The explanation was that the many wooden beams have to be treated twice a year because of insects. Also worth noting: there are dogs that also bark a lot at night. In addition, we were also 'lucky' that at 11 pm 2 buses of Koreans arrived that left early the next morning, with all the noise that caused. Positive: parking free in front of the door, nice view.
