Apartamentos Santa Ana

I'll get good part out of the way. Good location and cleaners done a decent job. We stayed as 2 adults and 3 kids. We had a warning 2nd night about the noise levels as this apartment, they obviously don't like children. Our children were loud in the morning. I'm not denying it. But they were excited to be on holiday and it was after 10 am also we left the building by 12 every day as well. Suddenly I received an email saying if children don't be quiet they will take 200 euros out of my bank. We told children they had to be a little quieter in morning but it didn't matter as after 3rd day they took the 200 euro. I phoned my bank to try and stop it but it went through so I had to stop my card and told my bank that they have stole 200 euro so I had no card for the rest of my trip so it affected my mobile phone which I couldn't use as I couldn't refresh my balance. The woman who fined us ruined our holiday. She was only young as well but obviously didn't like children. Also when we went to go reception she was too busy kissing the reception guy. The beds had metal peices sticking out but we didn't complain. Also one of the tiles was loose on the floor which caught your foot sometimes but we never complained. Our stay in granada was ruined by this young woman who clearly never liked us the minute she saw us. Even when I fist spoke to her about my booking she said I am not in this building. She never told me they had 2 buildings so I was stressed thinking we've got no hotel and I have made a mistake on my booking . Only 10 mins later after I went into my emails she said I'm in other building. Don't stay here if you have children. They would prefer drunks who come in shouting than children happy in the morning. Terrible experience and terrible staff. I have put the picture up of the nasty email they sent

The one bed apartment is a studio and dingy at that! Bed tiny, I had sleep on couch and husband in bed. No hot water and the noise from other guests just awful, constantly moving furniture. Bed linen not clean and towels grey! Dnt stay here much nicer and cheaper little b and bs to stay at I’m area! Had to use a fork to keep shutters closed.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Booked a room with a view and a balcony for a special occasion. Had confirmation of this right up until the time we were about to arrive. Rang them for direction only to find they had changed our booking to a room with no and no balcony. We were not impressed and told them this. They basically said take it or leave it and no refund. Would not recommend this place and would never book with them again. Very disappointed. Be careful booking with them.
