Scandalous they canceled my reservation unilateraly during the booking due to the fact the idiotic girl didn't like the fact I needed to go to my room quickly. Worst hotel experience ever in my life. Will never go there again. Rude arrogant and totally unacceptable behaviour.

My experience in this Pension Granada is great, since I arrived the receptionist, Cristina, was very friendly and explained everything phenomenal, even indicated to me that to see in Granada, during the first day and clarified some reservations that for my part I made wrong, also very competent and helpful (even kept some bottles in the fridge, since the room did not have), the room was very clean and had a small balcony, also had wardrobe, fan, table with chair, television and sink (I took it with shared bathroom but very clean and right next door), gave me an extra towel to put on the floor and shampoo and extra gel when I needed. Nestor, he is also a very nice boy and attended me wonderfully, with a very pleasant conversation. Breakfast is plentiful, a little limited but very good, included toast to choose, tea or coffee to choose and juice, the second day I was put to take because I had an excursion and without problem. As far as the terrace is concerned some beautiful views and the girl who attends, Ori, is a charm, in general a very positive stay; for putting a stick because nothing is perfect, that has no elevator and the girl at night systematically refused to give me ice before the reception closes; otherwise for the price it has is 10 and in the center, yes, the center is all blue zone, although they have an agreement with a nearby parking to save you a little, I did not use it, but it is another possibility if you go

We had an amazing time staying in this place, location is top, stuff is very friendly, helpful and kind. Its simple place but very cosy. We think is good quality- price balance. The roof top terrace is nice for sunbathing and has a beautiful view on Ahlambra. Coffee and breakfast was good, I was happy for option to have a vegan milk. Highly recommended 😊
