Don Juan Granada Hotel

Generally fine. Right hotel. Close to downtown, 15 minutes from now. You can park in a blue area or in a car park arranged with the hotel.

Due to check in tomorrow. Trying to contact the hotel. The phone os not answered and their email facilityu refduses to upload. I tried the messaging facility and, so far, had no response.

My stay at Hotel Don Juan was, unfortunately, a disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, the reception seemed overwhelmed: they took almost half an hour to find my reservation and did not even offer an apology. The room, far from what the photos promised, had a strange smell and the cleanliness left quite a lot to be desired. I found dust on the furniture and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a hurry. The service didn't help either. Every time I asked the staff for something, they seemed to be doing a huge favor, even for the most basic things like clean towels. Breakfast was another disappointment: minimal selection, products that didn’t look fresh and a crowded room with no tables available. In short, the Hotel Don Juan did not meet expectations or the minimum expected of comfortable accommodation. I would not repeat the experience!!!
