The hotel and the staff, in general, are very good. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and our experience with the staff has been good. However, I think the hotel should be much stricter when it comes to enforcing certain basic rules of coexistence and hygiene, because some situations we saw during our stay were truly unpleasant. The pool was completely overcrowded and we saw several people swimming while fully dressed. The water was cloudy and there was a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we went in and, as soon as we arrived, we decided to leave. At breakfast, we were also quite surprised by the lack of hygiene of some guests: people grabbing food directly with their hands, literally bringing their noses up to the jars to smell them, and handling products that are then left for common use. I understand that the hotel cannot control the manners of every guest, but it can establish and enforce minimum hygiene standards. As a suggestion, I think the jams, honey, and other products of this type should be offered in individual portions or through dispensers that prevent direct handling. It is a shame because the hotel is nice and the staff does a good job, but certain uncivil behaviors by some guests, if not controlled, end up greatly harming the experience of the rest. I think it would be important for the hotel to enforce the rules more firmly, precisely so that all guests can enjoy the facilities in proper conditions.

The hotel staff is friendly and attentive at all times, a 10. Both the rooms and the common areas are very well maintained and super clean, with very comfortable beds in perfect condition. Watch out when getting up with the little lamps... kill the designer :) As a point for improvement, I would have liked more supervision of the buffet tableware: on several occasions I had to set aside glasses and plates with food residue, a sign that the post-washing inspection is not done or is not sufficient. Regarding variety, the buffet is just okay and has the classics, but it is sufficient and good. The juice is natural. A very positive aspect is that the hotel is located on the top floors of a building, which offers very good views. Mind you, be careful with the rooms on the top floor in the middle of summer: if you don't leave the air conditioning on, they are burning hot when you arrive. We chose a premium room with a balcony expecting the views of the Alhambra shown in the photos on the website, but that was not the case: these rooms face west, and the balcony, although spacious, is practically unusable until 10 p.m. because it is in direct sunlight almost all day and does not have an umbrella or awning. Think of something, it's a shame. Mind you, you get to see the sunset, which isn't bad either. The restaurant they have on the top floor has very delicious food and spectacular views. You shouldn't miss it and should go up to have a snack. In summary, I don't give it an excellent rating because we booked with the hope that my mother would see the Alhambra from her own room (Change the photo) and because of the lack of shade on the wonderful balcony it has. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Bull Ring, where we were going to see a concert, but actually it was a really good location even for the centre of Granada. Within fifteen minutes walk of the Cathedral and old town, 35 minutes to the Alhambra. The rooms were no frills, but clean and we had a good size, very comfortable bed. The shower was fairly powerful, and the aircon effective. The Terrace on the top floor proved a lovely place for early evening drinks, with great views across the city. I'd definitely recommend a visit. I had breakfast one morning, and there was a good selection of the usual hot and cold buffet, pastries and best of all a proper squeezed orange juice machine! The hotel car park, though not cheap, was a definite bonus, and overall I thought the hotel was excellent value.
