Terrible cleanliness, hair and stains on the beds, very bad smell in the rooms. I would never return

Friendly helpful staff, views from the pool and balcony of the mountains were breath taking. Very clean , great atmosphere ! Location amazing for a place to explore from and then relax and enjoy the local produce in the eateries within walking distance. Lovely local village with lots of exploring opportunities ! We had a car so got to experience many of the local areas in mountains ! But also lots of walking opportunities straight out of the hotel !

We arrived with a confirmed reservation for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and found a room in a totally unacceptable state of filth: dirty sheets, bathroom in terrible condition, and the floor full of stains. We notified the staff immediately, expecting a response commensurate with the price paid, but what they offered us was laughable: moving us to a SMALLER room than the one reserved (3 single beds for 4 people, something that did not correspond at all with what was contracted) or staying while they "cleaned" the room that had already taken away all our confidence. With two small children, we were not willing to take the risk. 20 minutes after arriving, we decided to leave, demanding a full refund of the money. And it doesn't end there: the subsequent management has been even worse than the room itself. Calls ignored again and again, messages unanswered for hours, and when they finally responded, the only thing they put on the table was a discount voucher or a room change, with no intention whatsoever of refunding what we paid. We have had to file an official complaint form, providing photographs and the entire history of communications, and we are also going to take the case to Consumer Protection and Booking. My advice: look for other accommodation. The lack of cleanliness is reason enough, but the way they handle a real incident—with excuses, silence, and zero willingness to truly solve the problem—makes it even worse. A totally disappointing experience that I do not intend to repeat.
