Be very careful when booking this hotel online. I asked to change my reservation and it was changed but they billed me for both stays. They are very difficult to deal with. They have refused me a refund. They have offered a voucher but I don’t want to go back to that hotel as the guest relations staff are terrible. I asked if they could give me a voucher for another Melia hotel and they refused. I’m now down over €3000 I would definitely NOT recommend you to book here.

We booked a Groupon package (SPA + massage + lunch) and, although we had previously confirmed, there were problems with booking the massage and some disorganization in the attention. Lunch also had long waiting times and improved quality. On a positive note, after submitting the claim, they managed the full refund, which we value. Overall, we believe there is room for improvement in organization and customer service. A thank you to Cristina Civantos for the management of the incident.

I have had a terrible experience with this hotel regarding my booking dates and I was overcharged by 2 days. Their guest experience manager is now not responding to my request to discuss this issue. There are a variety of emails to contact on so it is impossible to keep track of who you are talking to. Do not book this hotel online and if you do want to go, make sure you have direct contact with someone who can ensure your booking is correct.
