It's an apartment scam, it left photos it looked like there was Spiderman in the room, the bed leg was loose, they made me pay 50% of the reservation in advance for the views of the ski slopes and they kept my 219e, they didn't let me They gave me back a room that I don't have because I had to come 300km from my house with two wet girls because they didn't give me any solution and to make matters worse I had half board and the bar was closed due to lack of staff and they were going to put us to eat whatever the chef's hands were black and with a dog in the kitchen anyway, Javier the director has kept 219e of mine and Booking out of shame has returned me 43e how shameful this guy is if you can tell him in any way Anyway, I leave you a photo because they are shameless scoundrels, THEY RUINED MY VACATION. My partner and I stayed for 7 days and everything was great. The food was spectacular, the treatment they gave us was 10, they accept animals (we have a 50kg dog), the room is very cozy and the views are one of the best in the entire Sierra Nevada in addition to having a chairlift to go to the slopes right two streets down. Little more to say, the truth is that we will repeat it again, we had a great time.

The food is awfull! The apartments are miserable! The custommer service the worst! Amateur place with no professional services at all! The 3 stars is a joke!! I don't recommend anyone to stay here... It is better to pay extra 30 more elsewhere.. The breakfast is a toast with coffee???
