Comfortable room in a great location, provided value for money. The staff were very helpful, especially Pilar.

Careful and professional service. Diversity at breakfast should improve, more fruit. Dinner price in the hotel high relative to the quality of food.

The best thing about this hotel is the location to the cabin railway, you can not get closer! The staff was nice, especially the elderly lady at the front desk who came with tips and information as it was the first time we were there! The room we had 207 was very small and unfortunately we were placed next to a very loud family with children, had been better to place couples next to each other when it was heard very clearly. The hotel on the rooms is of older character and would have needed to be renovated up to a more modern standard but it was clean everywhere! Breakfast is ok basic. On the positive side you could buy ski passes at reception and lockers to the skis were in the basement and you could also access the garage that way.
