My experience at this hotel has been very disappointing, especially because of the lack of professionalism and transparency in a serious incident. During my stay, I left my car in the hotel garage, a service that also has a high cost. When I checked the vehicle, I found a scrape on the entire side face of the car, and I was never informed of what happened. In the absence of full communication, the staff denied that the damage had occurred in the hotel garage, which led me to assume that it was an external incident. As a result, I even filed a complaint at the police station, wasting an entire afternoon in the process. The most surprising thing is that, after having left the hotel and paid for the entire stay, they write to me acknowledging that the damage had occurred in the hotel garage. Since then, the management has been equally poor: after assuring me that they would transfer the incident to their legal department for processing, they have stopped responding to my emails and, until today, almost 5 months later, nothing has been managed or that the insurance procedure has been initiated. Beyond the material damage, what is really serious is the lack of transparency and accountability in management. For a hotel of this level, the service has been far from expected

Excellent hotel for many reasons. Location (you buy the ski pass inside the hotel and less than 20 m ski out). Very comfortable, comfortable and familiar (good lounges to relax, spacious rooms and many details especially hot and sweet chocolate as soon as you enter skiing). Staff always ready to help and facilitate the service. Let's not forget the great breakfast and its magnificent terrace with views. If it is a good sunny day totally recommended for a beer. We have been going for many years and we will definitely repeat. Thanks for everything
