The location of the hotel is good: at the bottom of Pradellano, near the shops, within walking distance of the lifts and parking garages. Breakfast is extensive and a good base for a day on the slopes. Ask for a room on the street side, otherwise you look out on the mountain face (or you are adjacent to the output of the kitchen...). The hotel is also very outdated: the room has holes in the wall, released sealant, dirty sealant and grout, stains on pillows. So don't expect too much and enjoy location and breakfast.

Shameful. They refused to cancel a reservation which I have been charged in full. I booked on a Sunday night and the following Monday, before 12 hours I tried to cancel. They gave me all kinds of excuses. That reservations through the web are not managed by them... Anyway. Temporary, some roads cut. DGT advises against weather warnings to travel there. I wasn't given an alternative date. Of course, in the next few days I will contact the consumer bureau with the DGT data to file a complaint. They wouldn't even answer the phone. Communication had to be via mail.

Embarrassing that in full orange alert, with significant security risks on the move, the hotel has refused to cancel the reservation. I will certainly never book this hotel again.
