Hotel 15 minutes from Sierra Nevada, with a good price for people who want to ski. It needs urgent renovation with paint, furniture, etc. The same does not bother the owners to fix it since it is closed for many months. Firstly we will say that the hotel is cozy, with its fireplace, and a leisure area, as well as a bar. The restaurant for its price has a quite acceptable buffet, both for lunch and breakfast. The rooms are dated, furniture very worn and walls that need a good paint. However, the room was very clean, although the aluminum closures do not fit well, so when it was windy it made a deafening noise. To finish, very friendly and cooperative staff. It is a Hotel with a good price but what was said above cries out for reform.

Very run down hotel, very thin pillows, broken toilet cisterns, room glass including closet doors with fingerprints from other guests, cobwebs and insects all over the room, very dirty closet inside, broken bathroom door, tiny towels, no control about the silence in the hallways, façade and very very deteriorated balconies. The elevator...from a horror movie. I think the owner only wants income and does not invest in maintenance. It's a shame but it is expected to end up closing, due to poor management, because the location is worth it, it is a spectacular place, if it weren't for its state of abandonment. Exceptional staff, both reception and dining room. The buffet is very abundant and varied, the food is continually replenished, and the stews are exquisite. Lots of variety above all. Very happy with the buffet. I only recommend this hotel for its price if you don't care about the comfort of the room.
