Parador De Siguenza

Very, very disappointing. A guest helped us with our luggage - no staff available. The car park was full - we were told we could pay 5 euros and park outside. No water in the room - only in the mini bar. In the restaurant the baby goat at 33 euros was only bone - I returned it. My husband ask for his meal to be served with mine - it was kept warm somewhere for 20 minutes and very disappointing. We did not bother with dessert. This experience cost just short of 80 euros. In the room there is no coffee/tea. I am an amigo and this is a poor experience

The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and a very comfortable room. The receptionist who assisted us was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome; it's a shame I can't remember his name, but he was from Mérida! We will definitely return.

What a wonderful place. Beauty in every corner. Customer service was excellent. The best orange juice in the world. But please remove those modern lamps that take away the charm of the place.
