The place is beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is generally fine, spacious rooms and generally clean, not so much the shower screen which has accumulated black from not cleaning. The rest is fine. Poor staff, poor reception, unprofessional dining and cafeteria staff or nothing, breakfast without more. The worst thing by far a bad so-called spa, you are charged 25 € if you want a dawn or 10 € deposit that they then return when you deliver it, the facilities deficit, the Finnish sauna did not work and they do not warn you, two jacuzzis with a jet each that when you used it flooded the salt, the sink of the ha did not work and the water exited to the room, final salt the water exited to the outside hall, we felt disappointed We will not repeat this hotel until the situation changes

We decided on this hotel mainly because of its “wellness area”, which promised to be one of its strengths, but unfortunately it was a great disappointment. We found two hot tubs with cold water, one of them also without working properly, as it had no bubbles. One of the saunas was turned off, one of the showers had a broken microphone and, in general, the temperature of the area was quite low, which made us barely able to enjoy the facilities. Initially, the staff offered us a refund of a percentage of the amount paid as compensation. However, when we tried to manage such a return, we were told that the hotel director would contact us, which never happened. In short, a pretty disappointing experience, especially considering that this service was key in our choice of hotel.
